It's made with just a handful of simple ingredients like olive oil, garlic, spices, a box of orzo, quartered artichoke hearts, pesto, water, and spinach.
The only thing missing is protein, so I added some chicken breast to the air fryer. After baking the casserole for 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees, I topped it with cheese and baked it again for 10 more minutes. The result was a delicious and comforting dish that was perfect for a weeknight dinner or weekend meal prep.
