I love a quick and easy meal for dinner since I’m always on the go. One dinner that has become a staple for Ben and I has a few ingredients specific to Trader Joe’s, but you can get everything you need for this recipe at your local grocery store as well.

STEP 1: In a boiling pot of water cook the pasta noodles.
Don't worry if you can't find Banza noodles, any noodles will work! My personal favorite is the chickpea noodles, which you can find at your local Target or grocery store.
STEP 2: While noodles are cooking, prepare the parmesan chicken.
To make your own, mix together some panko bread crumbs, parmesan, and your favorite seasoning. Coat chicken breasts in the mixture and cook them in a pan until they're golden brown. *I prefer to buy pre-breaded!
STEP 3: Once noodles are cooked, drain pasta water from pot and mix jar of bruschetta sauce with the noodles.
This is where the Trader Joe's ingredients come into play; their Bruschetta sauce is my favorite.
STEP 4: Cut mozzarella balls to your desired size and mix into the pasta.
STEP 5: Plating time!
Finally, place the cooked parmesan chicken on top of the noodles.
And voila! Your meal is ready. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
