This post is all about one-pan parmesan chicken dinner.
This one-pan parmesan chicken dinner is one of my favorite go-to meals that I make at least twice a month.
Whether I have girlfriends over, am cooking for my family, or just need a quick + easy meal that I can make for myself and have it last a few nights, this is the recipe I almost always reach for.
Plus, it doesn't use that many ingredients and all the ingredients it does use is CHEAP! I know what you need girl ;).
This post is all about one-pan parmesan chicken dinner.
One-Pan Parmesan Chicken Dinner
Ingredients For Chicken Part:
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Egg
- 2 TBSP Honey
- Garlic (I estimate the garlic - do it depending on how much you like)
- 1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese
- Salt + Pepper To Taste
Ingredients for Vegetable Part:
- 1 Bag of Potatoes from the Little Potato Company
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bag of Frozen French Style Green Beans
- 1/2 Cup of Butter
- Garlic (I estimate this...usually a spoonful)
- Salt + Pepper
How To Make:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In one bowl, combine egg, honey, and garlic. Whisk together.
- In a different bowl, combine panko and parmesan cheese.
- Dip each chicken breast in egg mixture and then dip to coat in panko/parmesan cheese mixture.
- Put the chicken breasts on the right side of your baking sheet. Do a spritz of olive oil cooking spray on top so it will give it a nice golden color.
- Cut potatoes in half so they are small bite-sized pieces.
- Cut onion into large pieces (see picture above...this is really all about preference)
- Put the potatoes and onions on the left side of the baking sheet.
- In a bowl, microwave the butter until melted. Once melted, mix in garlic and salt + pepper.
- Pour half of this melted butter mixture over the potato and onion mixture. Stir so all potatoes and onions get coated.
- OPTIONAL - If you have extra panko, I like to sprinkle on top of my veggies for an extra crunch.
- Cook in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and flip over chicken.
- Spread out potatoes + onions so they now go all around the chicken.
- Dump the frozen green beans onto the pan and spread out.
- Pour the remaining butter mixture over the green beans.
- Put in oven on broil for 10 minutes.
- YOU'RE DONE!
I can guarantee you that you will obsess over this chicken as much as I do. It's SO good.
Love the look of this recipe, but what can I use as a substitute for the egg? My niece is allergic to egg.
