valentines day decor

I know I'm a little early to the Valentines Day decor party but Target was busting at the seams with cute Valentine's decor and I was ready to load the cart up.

Honestly, my apartment has been sitting a little bare since Christmas/I had a mini identity crisis last week that made me want to redo my entire apartment hahah. I've been tending to get those a lot lately...maybe I should look into that🤪.

Valentines gave me the perfect excuse to move some things around and get my apartment lookin' real cute. I just did a little dabble here and there of Valentine's decor and hopefully it can give you some ideas on how you can decorate your own space!

PS - You see that "XO" print?! That's free and you can just download it to your computer and print it out. The button to download is at the bottom of this post.

Let's go on a little tour...

VALENTINES DAY DECOR:

This is the table you see right when you enter my apartment. I couldn't figure out what picture to put in that frame so I decided to make a collage in Canva and put a lot of people I love in it. Ya know, to follow the "love" theme for v-day ;).

The bar cart!! My favorite thing to decorate every holiday. I always replace the image in the frame to whatever that holiday/season is so for this Valentine's Day I made this XO print. Feel like it adds the perfect amount of holiday spirit into the space without being tacky or too lovey-dovey haha. Again, you can download the "XO" print at the bottom of this post!

The heart straws came from Hobby Lobby and the Hershey kisses are v-day themed from Walgreens!

Really the only thing I added onto the stove is the heart shaped cutting board (from HomeGoods) and the dishtowels! The heart dishtowel is from TJ Maxx and the one in front is from Target dollar section.

Okay, this looks a lot cuter in person than in this picture haha I have this on the island. Still need to add some black pepper into that dish but with a Valentines Day-ish candle it makes it look somewhat festive.

I feel like it's hard to decorate kitchen counters but I am loving this little cookbook section I've got going on. Perfect amount of being decorated without being obnoxious.

FREE VALENTINE'S DAY PRINTABLE

The frame I have it in is from Target. I send it to a local printing place so it's on cardstock (thicker paper) but you could easily print it at home and call it a day!
