Exterior Design Ideas for the Home Remodel | The Sophomore House

Here is a little sneak preview of my plans for the exterior of The Sophomore House, filled with extra exterior design ideas for you as well.

We finished all of the mood boards for each room in The Sophomore House. With all of the Presidents' Day sales going on here in the US I wanted to make sure we jumped on them!

I got the BEST deal on outdoor chairs which I am super excited about. Something to note, we have not received most of the items, but we discovered during the GBOGH House that so many of the items go out of stock before our projects even finish! I know it can be so frustrating if you wanted to recreate the room looks, which is why we are going to get those product links out to you sooner than later.

If any of the products turn out be to horrible quality, I will be letting you know! 

THE HARD FINISHES:

We are not really doing anything too fancy to the exterior of the house. I'm obsessed with copper gutters so that was a must for this house. Another love of mine recently has been polished nickel hardware, it elevates any space.

THE SOFT FINISHES:

We have a super cute cute porch that I want to make the most of. I found these chairs on Overstock and they were crazy inexpensive (which is so hard to find when it comes to outdoor furniture). We're going to put two of those on the right side of the porch.

The mailbox from CB2 I have used before. It's one of my favorites (and is fairly inexpensive)! I was looking at other mail box options and nothing really compared.

I also always get my house numbers from Etsy!
