HOMECOMING OUTFIT DETAILS

(can we say MOM?!)
Dress// Shoes (can’t find but just a classic black heel)// Shoes I would have liked to wear instead// Necklace
Quick post to show you what I wore for homecoming! I actually had three dresses that I could choose on the day of and I am so glad I chose this (even though I starved myself the day of and had major food baby after I stuffed my face and debatably looked pregnant). I do have to say though this dress does not look cute at all online.. In person though it gave a really classy look (and I kept it super simple). enjoy enjoy!

SENIOR HOMECOMING

warning: this post is obnoxiously long but I love my friends and want to remember this whole night.

(If you got through all of those major props.)

This past weekend I celebrated my last high school homecoming ever!! Crazy to think about and can’t believe it’s over. Last week I had the craziest time ever trying to balance loads of school work and participating in all the homecoming madness; and I completely failed at both. I was in such a hard place of wanting to just study the whole time because I literally had more homework than I’ve ever had, and going to all the Homecoming events.  After all, I’m a senior and will never be able to do it again. Moral of the story; currently failing school. Jk but clearly you can tell where my priorities were and now it’s kicking me in the butt. I’m so happy that everything is back to its normal schedule again. Topping it off, I cleaned my room and my nails are painted perfectly so I feel much better now haha.

I am so mad at myself for not keeping up with blogging last week but I have really been working on posting better quality photos and posts so I didn’t want to publish anything that wasn’t up to my standard. Btw, I have so many projects in mind. I cant wait to show you all and hope you enjoyed my extreme amount of pictures ;).

CONCRETE PLANTERS

Do you ever go to the store and see something you want and then realize you can make something almost identical for half the price? yeah, this is what happened to me on this concrete planter. tbh, I suck at DIY’s. I spend a fortune on all the supplies and they rarely turn out looking like I had planned in my head which is not only frustrating for me but also for the people that are paying for my little experiments (thanks mom and dad). wellll, I am pleased to announce that this project ended up being 50% successful!! Started with two and ended with one, but hey, the one ended up exactly as I planned.
Supplies: concrete (make sure you get the ones without rocks, huge mistake on my part), succelents, boxes of your liking (tissue box fell apart so don’t recommend). painters tape, spray paint, something to mix the concrete and scoop it, a cup or smaller object to make the hole at the top.
1// Due to my dumb mistake, I first had to sift through the concrete to get rid of the rocks. Follow your concretes instructions on how  much water to add to it and mix.
2// Place the concrete inside of the containers you have. Then, continue by placing a cup or another containor with the size you like inside of the concrete.
3// Let concrete dry for at least 8 hours. I let mine dry overnight and it worked really well.
4//Tape off the section that you want to spray paint. As you can see, I did a triangle kind of shape.
5// Spray paint the section and let dry (I let this dry over night too but I am sure you could do it sooner)
6// Put the plant in and your done:)
I loovee the way this turned out and was exactly what I wanted (at the fraction of the price that you could find it anywhere else). Enjoy and definitely try it out;)

BLUE CARDIGAN… THAT I THOUGHT WAS BLACK

Shirt// Pants// Cardigan
Funny story about this outfit is that I actually got the cardigan from the kids section while I was shopping with the little girl I babysit for (if you ever read this, hey emy!). We now have matching cardigans which I think is hilar but I don’t think shes too happy about it. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!!

FALL OUTFIT

Living in Wisconsin makes dressing for fall super difficult because the weather changes from summer to winter in a day. On top of that, I wake up to 50 degree weather and end up going home from school in 80 degree weather. So basically what I am saying is that its been painful to pick out outfits and layering has become my best friend. I really like this outfit because I can take the jacket off for when it gets warmer in the afternoon. On a completely other note, I am redoing part of my room and have non-stop been thinking about it. Can’t wait to show you all;)

THIRD WARD

Shirt// Pants (similar)// Shoes// Necklace
We went to Third Ward in Milwaukee to celebrate my moms birthday (you’ll see more of this later this week probs). My sister, Shelby, has been asking to be on here for a long and her moment has finally arrived. Enjoy:)

MY FAVS

Lately I have been on a pinning high. Mostly because it’s literally the only unblocked website at my school (if you go to my school you can’t just search Pinterest. You have to search your name in Google and then click on your Pinterest and it should work). Anyways, I thought I would show you my current favs because I know you are all so interested;). That was a joke, ps.
I’m hoping my entryway to my house when I am older looks this good.
I have been high key craving french toast and this looks amazing.
Perfect living room for my first apartment.
These look so good
Now that I am 18, I’ve been on the hunt for engagement rings. (major joke, I’ll at least wait until he turns 18 too. jk again bens probably crying reading this)

You all should defs follow me on Pinterest because, well I’m not really sure but you would probably like it.
