I have the perfect little appetizer for you to bring to Fourth of July grill-outs, or to bring on a boat or parade wherever you're going! I did not come up with this! I stumbled upon this appetizer idea on Pinterest and it's so simple and cute that I just had to share.

This post is all about Fourth of July appetizer.
INGREDIENTS
To make this Fourth of July appetizer, you'll need the following ingredients:
- Fresh blueberries
- Watermelon
- Grill skewers
- Star cookie cutter
HOW TO
Here's how to make it:
- Thread fresh blueberries onto the grill skewer until you have as many as you want.
- Cut the watermelon into pancake slices.
- Use the star cookie cutter to cut out star shapes from the watermelon pancakes.
- Thread the watermelon stars onto the skewer with the blueberries
And that's it! It's such a family-friendly appetizer that's perfect for any Fourth of July celebration. But, if you're like me and want to make it a little more adult-friendly for boat trips or other occasions, try soaking the skewers in a type of alcohol. I'm still trying to figure out what type of alcohol to use, so if you have any suggestions, please share them in the comments below!
